Newcastle manager Eddie Howe counts cost of PSG penalty: ‘It’s a poor decision’

Eddie Howe was left counting the cost of the “poor decision” that left Newcastle United’s Champions League hopes out of their hands.
Alexander Isak’s first-half goal had the visitors dreaming of another famous win against Paris-Saint Germain only for Kylian Mbappe’s 98th-minute equaliser from the penalty spot to earn the French champions a share of the points.
After a valiant defensive effort, including a number of excellent saves from goalkeeper Nick Pope, Tino Livramento was adjudged to have handled the ball from an Ousmane Dembele cross deep into stoppage time.
