Greg Norman breaks silence on PGA Tour-PIF negotiation: LIV’s position has ‘never been stronger’

DORAL, Fla. — Following a summer of speculation that LIV Golf’s long-term future is in peril, Greg Norman said that neither he nor the league is going anywhere.
Meeting with a small group of reporters at LIV’s season-ending team championship at Trump National Doral on Thursday, Norman made his first comments since the June announcement of the PGA Tour’s agreement to partner with the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF) in a commercial business arrangement that will include LIV as a property.
Norman said the LIV’s position has “never been stronger.”
