Jared Goff has ‘earned’ contract extension, Lions GM Brad Holmes says

The Detroit Lions aren’t being shy about their desire to reach an agreement with quarterback Jared Goff on a contract extension. General manger Brad Holmes said on Thursday, Goff has “earned” it.
“It’s a high priority for us and both sides are working really, really hard,” Holmes told 97.1 The Ticket on Thursday. “These things just take time, you know.”
