Miami football recruiting: Canes land former Georgia commit, 4-star WR Ny Carr

The Miami Hurricanes picked up a commitment from 2024 four-star receiver Ny Carr on Sunday. Here’s what you need to know:

Carr, ranked No. 53 overall and the No. 11 wide receiver in the 247Sports Composite, was previously committed to Georgia and took an unofficial visit to Auburn last month.
The 5-foot-11, 168-pound speedster from Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County has 142 catches for 2,654 yards and 35 touchdowns over 32 varsity games in his career, according to MaxPreps.
Carr is the 23rd commitment in the Hurricanes’ 2024 class that is now ranked No. 11 nationally.
