Police apply for criminal complaints following Patriots fan’s death at Gillette Stadium

The Foxborough, Mass. Police Department applied for criminal complaints alleging assault and battery and disorderly conduct against three Rhode Island men stemming from the Sept. 17 altercation between fans at Gillette Stadium during the New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins game. The incident ended in the collapse and death of a New Hampshire man.
