Texas QB Arch Manning addresses media ahead of Sugar Bowl, says he’s ‘focused on developing’

NEW ORLEANS – Arch Manning knows his teammates will give him a hard time for the dozens of reporters that swarmed him as soon as he sat down on a bench on the field at the Superdome.
“Am I allowed to answer questions?” he said as he sat down.
For the first time since becoming a Longhorn almost a year ago, he was.
